Kinterra Team

Craig Miller
Owner
Craig has been helping families design and build their dream custom homes for over 35 years. He’s known for treating every project like it is his own home and enjoys the challenge each custom home brings to make it unique. If he’s not on the job site, in the office, or meeting with customers, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking on his green egg, and pursuing aviation.

Terri Cendejas
Office Administrator
Terri has spent many years living on the west coast in Washington State, California, and Colorado, but has called Waxhaw her home since 2007 and has been with Kinterra Custom Homes since 2014. She attended Cal Poly Pomona in Southern California where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies as well as a Master’s in Business Administration. If she had to choose just one, Terri’s favorite part of the home building process is interacting with the customers and experiencing their joy and excitement as their dream comes to life. When she’s not working, Terri enjoys being with friends and family, cooking, (and eating!), reading, traveling, and anything that allows her to be creative. You can find her on her front porch on a quiet Saturday morning, her favorite spot in her home.

Sharon Miller
Bookkeeper
Sharon is originally from Charlotte, NC and has lived in Waxhaw for 34 years. As a part of the Kinterra team from the beginning, Sharon has been with the company for about 32 years. Her favorite part of the building process is seeing the house completed and getting to see the home owners’ style. When Sharon isn’t at the office, she enjoys working out in the yard, reading, doing puzzles, shopping and taking care of her grand-babies.

April Atchley
Interior Designer
April is originally from Waxhaw, NC. She uses her degree in Interior Architecture from Samford University to assist clients in the design and selection process from beginning to end. Her favorite part of the home building process is when the cabinets, countertops, tile, and lighting are installed. She describes it as the time when all the puzzle pieces come together and give shape to the masterpiece. When she’s not assisting clients and designing spaces, she enjoys painting, cooking, and spending time with her husband.
